“Practical, insightful, and applicable, the principles he shares will renew your mind-set and transform your life.”
Michelle McKinney Hammond, author of Get Over It and On with It

When we get knocked down by life, we have two choices: we can give in to our difficult circumstances by embracing our feelings of resentment, disappointment, indecisiveness, and self-pity—or we can learn how to bounce back stronger, wiser, and happier than before.

Drawing on some of his own painful experiences, Aaron Früh shares biblical insights and practical strategies for building your resilience so you can experience loss not as a monster that comes to steal your joy but as a mentor that comes to form your character.

Praise for Bounce

"They say that experience is the best teacher. And teachers who have experienced what they write about are even better than that. Aaron Früh has delivered life-transforming truths birthed out of overcoming the trials he has encountered. Because of this he is a voice I trust. Practical, insightful, and applicable, the principles he shares will renew your mind-set and transform your life."

"Aaron Früh shines a bright light of truth on the crippling effects of loss and discouragement. His insight reminded me of one of my favorite songs that says 'A saint is just a sinner who fell down and got up.'"
